Faculty of Pharmacy - Production Unit

The Production Unit is a central unit responsible for achieving effective financial management of all the Faculty’s resources and revenues, whether related to academic programs (undergraduate and postgraduate) or other service activities such as the Faculty hotel and the scientific journal. The unit aims to ensure financial transparency, closely monitor accounting aspects, and coordinate with the administration of the university’s special-purpose units to achieve financial and administrative integration.

Recording the monthly revenue for all programs, whether undergraduate or postgraduate, as well as the revenue of the Faculty hotel from the electronic revenue supply system.
Sending a monthly signed and stamped statement to the administration of the university’s special-purpose units at the administrative building, detailing the revenue of each program separately, broken down by financial items, as well as for the hotel.
Following up on checks issued in the name of the Production Unit and promptly sending them to the administration of the special-purpose units, as well as monitoring bank transfers in the name of the Production Unit by reviewing bank statements and promptly sending them to the administration of the special-purpose units.
Monitoring the revenue of the scientific journal and preparing a monthly revenue statement to be sent to the administration of the special-purpose units.
Issuing paper receipts for the re-study fee for all programs and sending them to the Scientific Accounts Center each semester, along with monitoring the financial statement of fees on the electronic supply system.
Activating services related to the undergraduate program on the electronic system, such as enrollment confirmation, and others.
