The ceremony was further attended by the current and former Chairpersons of the Tourism and Hospitality Sector Committee, the Vice Deans for Education and Student Affairs, and for Community Service and Environmental Development, heads of academic departments, faculty members, teaching assistants, and students enrolled in both traditional and newly introduced academic programs at the Faculty.

The celebration commenced with an opening session that included speeches delivered by the University President, the Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, the Dean of the Faculty, and the Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research. It also featured recorded video clips of international students studying at the Faculty, in which they shared their academic experiences.

Subsequently, the keynote speakers delivered insightful presentations on scientific research in the tourism industry and emerging trends, as well as the role of the Supreme Council of Antiquities in supporting cultural tourism. These presentations aimed to enrich researchers’ knowledge and open new horizons for research ideas across various disciplines.

The closing ceremony included honoring the keynote speakers, as well as faculty members and teaching assistants who published internationally during 2025 in global databases such as Scopus and Web of Science (WoS). Recognition was also given to all those who supported the Graduate Studies Sector during 2025, particularly in developing the Faculty’s website and the comprehensive development of the Faculty’s locally peer-reviewed academic journal, through the collaborative efforts of academic departments, faculty members, and teaching assistants.
In addition, members of the organizing committee of the celebration were honored.
We wish everyone continued success and look forward to future celebrations. (Part 1–2)
